- Global Infection Rate Gadget for Google, Windows Live, Netvibes, pageflakes, yourminis and MyYahoo

This is my first time ever to use a blog. I have the Panda Internet Sercurty 2008 software. It identified an adware program called Comet at three locations on my computer. However, Panda was unable to eliminate the programs. This is the first time Panda hasn’t been able to automatically disinfect my computer. Panda has advised me to check that the files are not on a write-protected disk or in a compressed file. I have emailed Panda ‘support’ twice on this issue asking them how to proceed. They have not returned my emails. I don’t know if that’s my fault or theirs. My question: how do I proceed to get this adware disinfected from my computer? I kept getting the ‘adware detected’ pop-up and it’s driving me crazy!!!
I’m not even sure I’m using this blog correctly. If someone out there gets this…..HELP!
Thank you,
Tim
Tim, send me an email with the details to pedro.bustamante@pandasecurity.com and I’ll route you to the appropriate support people.
