We have a Small Business multi user licence and our logon site still does not show Windows 7 as a download option for Panda 10. This is a bit of a pain. When will these be updated please?

I have Windows 7 running on my laptop. The product worked just great until 3 days ago, when it said my license is expired. This has happened across multiple platforms. I actually purchased Panda 09 with 3 years of license for 3 machines. I am starting to get really, really upset about always having to fiddle around with things to get this going. How can one receive their money back on products that will not stay working as they are supposed to?

@Julie, this might be because the beta version for Windows7 is only valid for a specific period of time. If you install the regular version and activate it using your purchased activation code then the product will show the three years of licenses.

After going back and forth on this site there is no information about Panda GP and windows 7. I paid for 1 year of service and I guess I will get only six months. I am uninstalling your product and will never buy it again. I shouldn’t have to spend half the day looking for information that should be here… I’m done. You’ll never get another penny from me.

@Kayosan, sorry to hear you say that, but the information is wide available. If you’re a current customer simply log in to the customer download area (http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/downloads/tree/?sitepanda=particulares) and download your Panda GP for Windows 7 from there.

we purchased global protection 2010 in late june. yesterday we received windows 7 and installed it last night. (and here comes trouble) so this morning my husband is trying to work out the kinks and found that gp 2010 is not compatable with gp2010 and went to your website and purchased the new version of gp2010 that is compatable. he has tried to install it and it is telling him that it can not delete the old gp2010. a box comes up and says he can’t delete it and it won’t overwrite it. what do we need to do?

I still have the compatability issues with Windows 7 when installing Panda IS2010. I have tried installing with compatability turned off but get the same error message. I noticed that in the compatability listings Windows 7 does not appear. What next. I have used you for years and have found none better so I am not looking to change. I would just like to get what I paid for. I had no installation issues on my XP machine other that not recognizing my original expiration date of Feb 9, 2010. I just won’t upgrade next year until the specific date 1/1/11 but I am not that concerned with that. I would just like to get this installed on my Windows 7 machine!
