There are better ones out there, and I doubt they include stolen pics from famous TV shows, btw !

Rande if slick slideshows are your criteria for protection, you've got problems.
when I send samples to your lab it takes too long for a reply.
The only thing i get is a reply messgae that says that the lab has recieved the sample
last time i sent a sample it took 12 days to get a reply
This problem has been for 4 months or more
before it took 2 to 3 days
please fix this problem

Jon, we try to prioritize the incoming submissions based on different criteria. The average response time varies between less than 24 hours for corporate customers and less than 48 hours for home customers. Give me a CustomerID or an email address where you sent it from and I'll be able to track your submission down and let you know what's going on. You don't need to post your details here in the open. jon is right panda labs takes too much time to respond and this is happening since last few months before it was ok, time 2 time i send samples to panda labs , most of them are detected by panda is 2008 as unknown virus or some of them collected from internet.

Pedro, I've the exact same problem as Jon... I'm in Portugal, I've submit several files using the Panda Security + Firewall 2008 submission form, and most of them (almost all!) that I've submitted the last 2 months (I think) I did not get even a automatic response saying that they here received. And a few days a go I submitted a file and received an almost instantly response saying it was "Trj/Mailfinder.C" and to download a beta version of pav.sig... but I didn't get the confirmation that was received by the labs, just the answer... but the other files I submitted (before... and after have this answer) did not get any answer until now (if I submit to others company's I always receive a answer in between 1 hour and 3 days... Panda should be able to do the same, at least as a costumer I expect that! But since you change the name from "Panda Software" to "Panda Security" something happen because the response time as gone from 24 hour response to some times several months to have any answer).

Well.... and, you said what with a slideshow you can said "I'm the better of better"; if you will to "fight" whith a "sumo" AV, why not fight whit other "Bruce Lee", like N*D32, because this is the correct way of said "I'm the best."
