As of yet there is no information on your site about customers who have upgraded to Windows 7 who still have subscriptions for 2009.

I still have some weeks to run on my Antivirus Pro 2009 subscription, but cannot install that. I also have a boxed copy of Antivirus 2010 that I bought in anticipation of the subscription running out. This won’t install either as it was purchased before Windows 7 came out.

What solution is there for customers in similar positions to myself? So far, nothing.

@potter, if you have a valid Panda 2010 license you can login to the customer download area and get the newest Panda 2010 versions which are compatible with Windows 7. Check the following URL:

Thank you, though I have to ask if you’ve considered making this information more publically available? It should be on the front page of your website, rather than tucked away on, with all due respect, an obscure blog that hardly anyone’s going to read.

This will go towards solving my issue, as I only have a couple of weeks left for 2009 anyway. But what about my father? His 2009 licence lasts until January 2010. What’s he supposed to do?

@BJ , @A. Robertson & @VA , if you purchased a boxed Panda it is possible that it was a release *before* Windows 7 came out. You can download the Windows 7 compatible Panda versions from http://www.pandasecurity.com/windows7
